Qualifications

• Minimum one year of light maintenance, landscaping, and/or day porter experience.
• Must have a valid AZ driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to an automobile.
• Demonstrates understanding of general facility maintenance work and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Good communication and human relations skills; ability to meet people with ease and convey compassion and sensitivity; delivers exceptional customer service.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
