Job summary

FMC Ice Sports, the leading operator of public ice arenas in Massachusetts, is seeking Facility Support Staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience across our rinks. You may serve as Skate Monitor, Cashier or Timekeeper, with training provided and no prior rink experience required.

We hire individuals 16 years or older who demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, dependability and organization. Compensation is $15 per hour, non-negotiable, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Skate Monitor: assist guests and ensure safety and a positive experience.
• Cashier: handle transactions and guest assistance.

We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.

Responsibilities

Facility Support Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities could include:

• Skate Monitor
• Cashier
• Timekeeper

No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.
