Job summary

Facility Management Corporation, known as FMC Ice Sports, is seeking a Facility Support Staff member to help deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Massachusetts arenas. This role includes supervising rink activities, handling cash, and recording timekeeping duties, with training provided on arrival.

We offer an entry-level opportunity with a starting wage of $15 per hour. The position is on-site and suitable for those 16 years or older who value reliability and organization in a team

Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.

Facility Support Staff

Facility Support Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities could include:

• Skate Monitor
• Cashier
• Timekeeper

No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.

Compensation

$15 per hour, non-negotiable
