Job summary

FMC Ice Sports in Massachusetts is seeking dedicated Facility Support Staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience across our public arenas. You may serve as Skate Monitor, Cashier, or Timekeeper, performing varied duties in the rink and surrounding areas to assist guests.

No prior experience in ice sports is required—we will train. The role offers $15 per hour, non-negotiable, with background checks including CORI/SORI and National Criminal History checks.

Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports” was formed in 1992 to deliver high quality ice sport facility management and operations, as well as ice-based programs that benefit our communities and promote interest in both hockey and skating. We have established a record of quality operations and have grown to be the largest operator of public arenas in the United States. FMC operates 25 public ice-skating arenas across the state of Massachusetts in long-term partnership agreements with the Commonwealth and various municipalities as well as educational institutions.

Facility Support Staff

Facility Support Staff is responsible for a variety of tasks and functions in the arena to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities could include:

• Skate Monitor
• Cashier
• Timekeeper

No prior experience in an ice rink or ice sports required. We will train.

Compensation

$15 per hour, non-negotiable
