The YMCA of Greater Waukesha County is seeking a Building Supervisor to ensure a safe, smooth-running facility and provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants. The role involves staffing coordination, monitoring program delivery, responding to emergencies, and enforcing safety policies.

Responsibilities include walking all areas of the facility, closing procedures, handling incident reports, and upholding YMCA core values.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous manager on duty, customer service, or first responder experience is required.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, reach and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Routinely walk all areas of the facility to monitor program quality and safety.
• Manage building operations when directors are not present and ensure staffing coverage.
• Close the facility per posted hours and secure the building at the end of the day.
• Respond to emergencies per safety protocol and file incident reports as needed.
• Provide courteous, patient customer service to members and staff.
