The City of West Fargo seeks a Facility Specialist I at Rustad Recreation Center to support indoor facilities and grounds under the Facility Manager. You will handle cleaning, maintenance, front desk support, rentals, and safety, working daytime/evening hours with a weekend rotation.

This non-exempt position offers a comprehensive benefits package and retirement plan; requires a high school diploma, good communication, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Maintain facility/grounds in a clean, safe, sanitary condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance and custodial duties as required.
• Supervise and coordinate part-time staff; manage rentals and events.
• Assist patrons and provide information or direct to staff.
• Operate maintenance equipment safely.
• Schedule shifts and weekend rotation.
