City of West Fargo is hiring Rustad Recreation Center Facility Staff to support daily operations at the Rustad Recreation Center in West Fargo, ND. The role is part-time and seasonal with weekend availability preferred.

Duties include customer service, monitoring the facility, light custodial tasks, and assisting with rentals and events. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the facility as assigned.
• Monitor open gym and turf areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with private rentals, party packages, and event setup/teardown.
• Sell concession items and provide customer service to patrons.
• Perform custodial duties including restroom cleaning, sanitizing public areas, vacuuming, and snow removal from walkways.
