BB&E is seeking a dynamic Facility Space Planner to support the 341 CES in Malmstrom, MT. You will lead data gathering, space utilization analyses, and reporting to optimize the installation footprint and ensure compliant facility planning.

You will apply engineering concepts, manage documentation, and communicate recommendations to management with strong MS Office and GIS skills. A DoD Secret Clearance is required for this on-site role.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience
• High school diploma required
• DoD Secret Clearance required

Mansioni

• Lead data gathering and space utilization analyses to optimize footprint
• Prepare analytical reports interpreting space standards and building utilization
• Plan, organize, and lead studies with documentation and management communication
• Safely operate a motor vehicle on varied terrain in missile facilities
• Apply engineering/planning concepts to facility space management and optimization
• Familiarity with Air Force planning processes, UFC guidance, and facility standards preferred
