Job summary

BB&E is seeking a dynamic Facility Space Planner to provide technical support to the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron on-site at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The role focuses on space standards, building utilization, and footprint optimization within a DoD environment.

The candidate will gather data, prepare analytical space reports, and lead studies while coordinating with management to implement recommendations. Requires DoD secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and a DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• Strong knowledge of facility planning, space utilization, and infrastructure lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead data gathering efforts, integrating facility space standards with analysis of building utilization to optimize footprint.
• Prepare analytical reports interpreting space standards and analyzing building utilization, condition, and use.
• Plan, organize, and lead studies, manage processes and documentation, and communicate recommendations to management.
