Covanta in Indianapolis seeks a Facility Services Technician to manage waste transportation. Duties include railcar cleaning, safe material transfer, and operating equipment like pressure washers and forklifts.

The Facility Services Technician is responsible for the clean‑up and transportation of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste. The position performs loading and unloading of tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, completes equipment inspections, hoses and connections, and performs confined space entry. The Technician operates pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment in accordance with company policy, OSHA requirements, and local, state, and federal laws.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is 18.85–25.05 USD per hour. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, skills, competencies, travel requirements, and union contracts if applicable.
