Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet prospective customers in the field and travel locally.
• Office schedule includes Monday/Wednesday 7:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
• Proficiency with MS Office, intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and qualify leads in the local territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Provide facility services solutions and support day-to-day activities.
