Responsibilities

As the Facility Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our cleaning operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the quality of our services through regular checks, training new employees to maintain our high standards, and managing staffing to ensure all shifts are covered. When unexpected challenges arise, such as employee call-outs, you'll step in to ensure operations stay on track. Additionally, you'll handle supply orders, communicate service-related issues, and act as a point of contact for both employees and management. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach and a commitment to excellence.
