Job summary

DTK Facility Services, a Texas-based commercial facility services company, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations in Houston, TX. You will lead a janitorial team, manage supplies, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

The role may involve evening, weekend, or holiday shifts depending on location needs. DTK Facility Services was started in 1996 in Houston and now services millions of square feet across locations with a large team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job description

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.

What We’re Looking For

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.
  

Work Environment

• Work may take place in office buildings, schools, medical facilities, or commercial spaces
