Job summary

DTK Facility Services, a Texas-based commercial facility services company, seeks a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure tasks are completed on time while upholding quality and safety standards.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish (preferred), 2+ years in janitorial or facilities management with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and strong leadership and communication skills to support staff and maintain high service levels.

As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.

What We’re Looking For

• English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.

Work Environment
