Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Security Supervisor to uphold the safety and security of a correctional facility. Under supervision, you will monitor residents, supervise monitors, and ensure compliance with policy and contract requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), two years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. You will perform patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with staff to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in security, corrections, or related field.
• Familiar with community corrections system and current practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform a wide range of duties.
• Express thoughts logically, in both written and verbal form.
• Interact effectively with others and learn supervisory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous state of alertness to control and secure the facility and residents.
• Supervise monitors and assign work; review shift reports for accuracy.
• Patrol building, observe residents, and monitor safety.
• Oversee intake/discharge procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide transportation as needed and maintain logs and records.
