Job summary

Tarian Group currently seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee facility security operations at our Pennsylvania site. You will manage daily assignments, monitor overtime, and ensure compliance with BeST/PACT guidelines while coordinating with client leadership to maintain safety and operational efficiency.

Qualified candidates will bring supervisory experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with security reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Must have supervisory experience in a service setting with leadership responsibilities.
• IAHSS Basic/Advanced Officer and Supervisor Training within 6 months; CHPA within one year.
• Proficient in Vision labor management & incident reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules for all assigned personnel.
• Oversee security program operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide security awareness training and workshops for facility staff.
• Conduct off-hours inspections and write analytical reports for review.
• Lead crisis interventions and maintain visible deterrence to crime and unsafe acts.
