Job summary

SoundThinking is seeking an experienced security professional to serve as a trusted advisor for facility security programs, with healthcare and hospitality exposure, and to champion the SafePointe solution.

You will advise clients on multi-layered security strategies, engage executives, manage relationships, and support sales with subject matter expertise. This role requires travel up to 50% and a collaborative, data-driven approach in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher in related field is required.
• Extensive hospital facility security and safety experience is required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives.
• Ability to build relationships from frontline users to executives with empathy for customer challenges and goals.
• Team oriented, resourceful with strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Data-driven and results-oriented with focus on process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proven skills with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on multi-layered security strategies incorporating SafePointe.
• Briefing client leadership on outcomes to validate business case value for contracting.
• Cultivating strong relationships with SoundThinking accounts across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Educating customers to adopt best practices for SafePointe within the safety program.
• Partnering with customers to develop outcome measures for SafePointe usage.
• Supporting the sales team with prior facility security insights during engagements.
• Advocating for client needs and identifying product/service opportunities.
• Monitoring lane performance statistics and leading account reviews as needed.
• Collaborating with Customer Support to resolve issues efficiently.
