Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol District facilities and properties, in District vehicle or on foot, check access points and report findings.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others; assist visitors and direct to appropriate areas.
• Respond to burglary and fire alarms; investigate perimeter and alarm zones; assist law enforcement and fire departments as needed.
• Provide back-up to Communications Center Operators during breaks or as needed; dispatch alarms and log activities.
