Job summary

Anduril Industries in McHenry, MS is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead our industrial security program and ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and NISPOM for classified programs and secure facilities.

You will interface with government managers, conduct self-inspections, manage access controls, and provide staff training on OPSEC, COMSEC, and related procedures, while coordinating with internal security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FSO experience.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent (4 years).
• Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
• Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification.
• Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements including Open Storage Areas.
• Ability to read/interpret Security Classification Guides (SCGs).

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, SCGs, and program guidance.
• Coordinate, conduct, and prepare for Security Vulnerability Assessments and annual self-inspections.
• Maintain and update NISS for Operating Location; manage access controls and badges.
• Provide training and guidance on OPSEC, COMSEC, and security procedures.
• Interface with Program Management, Classified IT, and other stakeholders.
• Support security for Open Storage Area buildouts and contract security requirements.
