Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facility Security Officer to join our McHenry location and lead the industrial security program, ensuring compliance with DoD/NISPOM, DD Form 254, and SCGs. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and managing security measures for classified programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of FSO experience, a current TOP SECRET clearance, and relevant certifications, with the ability to train staff and oversee access control and document handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FSO experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Must complete DISS/NISS training.
• Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification.
• Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification.
• Must hold a current, final U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 and program guidance at the McHenry location.
• Coordinate contract and policy requirements of DoD 5100.76 (AA&E).
• Liaise with the Special Programs Security team.
• Provide guidance to employees and update operations policies.
