Job summary

Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead the industrial security program across DC and offsite locations. You will ensure compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, and DD254, mentor staff, and coordinate security accreditation, inspections, and asset protection.

The role requires a TS clearance, DISS/NISS training, and multiple DoD security certifications; travel within the area is expected and collaboration with multiple security teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of FSO experience with DoD security programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; required certifications where applicable.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance or ability to obtain; TS/SCI not required here.
• Hands-on knowledge of DISS, NISS, ISFD and e-QIP processing.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security programs at DC and off-site locations.
• Provide guidance to employees on operations policies or procedures.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Classified IT, and Legal teams.
• Lead security buildouts and accreditation for OSAs and restricted areas.
• Maintain SIMS and ensure accurate security data across sites.
• Prepare and present security reports with corrective actions.
