Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC in Colorado Springs is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to oversee industrial-security programs for separately cleared entities and facilities. You will maintain facility-clearance eligibility, manage personnel security, and serve as the interface with DCSA, DOE/NNSA, and customers.

The role requires active Top Secret eligibility, strong governance across multiple entities, and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret eligibility; DOE/DoD access.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in industrial security.
• Experience as FSO or senior security lead for multiple cleared entities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility clearance, FOCI, and governance per 32 CFR Part 117 and DOE guidance.
• Manage personnel security lifecycle and access controls.
• Coordinate with DCSA, DOE/NNSA, and leadership on security requirements.
• Maintain records in NISS, e-FOCI, SSIMS, and related systems.
