Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead our industrial security program as Cribl expands its federal business. You will serve as the FSO of record with the DCSA, own the Facility Clearance process, and ensure compliance with the NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.

This is a hands-on, security‑lead role collaborating with Legal, People Ops, Contracts, Public Sector Sales, IT, Workplace, and Security & Compliance.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and an active security clearance to Secret/Top Secret level.
• Significant experience building and managing an industrial-security program.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCL sponsorship and maintenance; manage NISS, DISS/NBIS, eApp, and related security records.
• Deliver required security briefings and maintain DD Form 254s and related documents.
• Conduct self-inspections, prepare certifications, and lead DCSA Security Reviews readiness.
