Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to build and manage our industrial security program as our federal business grows. You will serve as Cribl's FSO of record with the DCSA, own the Facility Clearance program, and support compliance with the NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.

This role interacts with Legal, People Ops, Contracts, Public Sector Sales, IT, and Security & Compliance. You will lead sponsorships, oversee personnel security lifecycle, conduct required security briefings, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial‑or personnel‑security experience.
• 3+ years as an appointed FSO or Assistant FSO at a cleared contractor.
• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret).
• Experience with DCSA security programs and related forms (SF-328, FOCI, DD Form 254).
• Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 and the NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Manage FCL sponsorship and maintenance in NISS and related processes.
• Oversee the cleared‑personnel lifecycle in DISS/NBIS and investigator coordination.
• Deliver required security briefings and maintain confidential personnel‑security records.
• Lead self‑inspections, certifications, and DCSA Security Reviews.
