Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Facility Security Officer to build and manage our industrial-security program as federal business grows. You will serve as the appointed FSO of record with the DCSA, own the Facility Clearance process, and ensure compliance with the NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.

You will partner with Legal, People Ops, Contracts, Public Sector Sales, IT, Workplace, and Security & Compliance to maintain sponsorships, investigations, and certifications, while leading self-inspections and reviews.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• 7+ years in industrial- or personnel-security roles.
• 3+ years as an appointed FSO or Assistant FSO at a cleared contractor.
• Strong knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 and the NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cribl's industrial-security program and FCL sponsorship.
• Manage cleared personnel lifecycle and investigations.
• Deliver security briefings (insider-threat, foreign travel, etc.).
• Coordinate with Contracts, Legal, and Public Sector teams on requirements.
• Prepare for DCSA Security Reviews and self-inspections.
