Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree and at least 6 years of experience in industrial security, NISPOM, COMSEC, clearance processing, document control and physical security
• Current TOP SECRET clearance required
• Experience as FSO with multiple locations and managing deputy/assistant FSOs preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform security operations including personnel clearance processing, tracking, indoctrination/debriefing and other FSO duties
• Maintain facility security accreditation and personnel certifications
• Conduct annual inspections and audits for compliance with NISPOM and DoD regulations
• Manage clearance systems (DISS/NBIS/NISS), process SF-86s and continuous vetting
• Maintain security records and coordinate with government security leadership
• Prepare and maintain DD254s for prime and subcontracts
• Develop and administer security education and training programs
• Oversee physical security and access control for cleared spaces
• Coordinate with senior management for reviews of personnel security clearances
• Provide responsive support to government security authorities
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with security authorities
