Job summary

A leading company in Arlington is seeking a Security Manager to oversee personnel security clearance processes, manage the Insider Threat Program, and ensure compliance with DoD security regulations. Job description

• Assist with maintaining employee personnel security clearance and visit requests in DISS and NBIS.
• Assist with maintaining company security files in NISS / ISFD / DSCA.
• Manage the Insider Threat Program.
• Interface with regional DSCA Representatives for inspections and related issues.
• Maintain a DSCA-compliant Insider Threat Program.
• Maintain the Company profile and submit required reports in NISS.
• Administer personnel security indoctrinations and debriefs.
• Manage and report on company-wide security education and training.
• Prepare, track, and monitor classified contracts DD-254s.

Requirements:

• Completed the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facility Curriculum course.
• 5+ years of experience with DoD Facility Security.
• Knowledge of NISPOM rules and application as a DoD contractor.
• Knowledge of SCIF management and security operations.
• Experience with employee onboarding/offboarding, including security briefings, clearance processing, and credentialing in systems like NISS, DISS, NBIS, SIPR, NCMI, FlankSpeed, Nautilus.
• Experience hosting classified briefings.
• Experience in facility accreditation and management for Closed Access Areas and classified data storage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Attend periodic FSO Security conferences/training sponsored by outside organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Completed Insider Threat Program Management course.
• Experience as the DCSA annual inspection lead POC.
• Military experience is preferred.

Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance.

Education: High School Diploma.

Work Schedule: Onsite.
