• Conducts radio checks and performs facility counts as required.
• Patrols the facility, monitors residents, and checks doors and windows for security.
• Documents disciplinary actions and logs according to procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in the facility and ensures safety protocols.
• Communicates professionally with residents and staff to promote teamwork and safety.
