Job summary

Tarian Group in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced security supervisor to oversee facility security operations, lead assigned teams, and ensure safety and efficiency on site. You will manage schedules, reports, and training while coordinating with client facilities and leadership.

The role requires strong English communication, supervisory experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced security environment.

Qualifications

• Completed High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Social Science, Behavioral Health or related field
• IAHSS Officer Certification within 6 months and CHPA within 1 year
• Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in a service setting
• Experience with scheduling systems (Vision) and data analytics is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain security licenses as required
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking skills
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work assignments and schedules for assigned personnel
• Oversee security operations and program effectiveness
• Provide security awareness training and workshops
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety regulations
• Interact with facility leadership and other departments to implement security programs
• Maintain reports and analyze department performance
