Job summary

ATI | Advanced Technology International is hiring a Facility Security Officer to lead the security program in a hybrid/onsite schedule near Charleston, SC. You will ensure NISPOM and government policy compliance, manage a security team, and coordinate with DCSA for inspections.

The role requires DoD security experience, a Top Secret clearance or eligibility, and strong communication skills. ATI offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years related experience, or two years of observed, proven, directly relevant experience.
• Master’s Degree and three or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
• Must have previous security experience and in-depth knowledge of Department of Defense security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the company’s Facility Security program and supervises a security team of 3-4 employees.
• Serves as the Facility Security Officer responsible for DD254 compliance, personnel and physical security, and information security.
• Coordinate insider threat monitoring and reporting as ATI’s insider threat program security officer.
• Oversee security documentation, briefings, records, self-inspections, and ICD 705 security requirements.
• Manage security clearances, foreign travel reporting, and indoctrination processes.
• Develop and deliver security training and ensure front desk visitor management and safety procedures.
