Job summary

Parkway-Corporation is seeking a reliable facilities worker to perform essential duties across the property, including cleaning, housekeeping, and snow/ice control using approved products.

You will report to the manager, assist with safety reporting, order supplies, and help keep entrances, stairwells, and the garage clean and safe. A reliable vehicle for work is preferred. Shifts run Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm. Parkway-Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Completes special projects or assignments as directed by the manager
• Keeps entrances/exits clear of snow and salts icy areas with approved products
• Reports abnormal activities and safety hazards (violations, accidents, equipment malfunctions, security issues, unauthorized vehicles, etc.)
• Empties trash cans and cigarette dispensers, changes burned out or broken bulbs, and removes graffiti as needed
• Sweeps the garage using the automatic sweeper if available and maintains the sweeper after each use. Sweeps and disinfects all stairwells and elevators as directed
• Reports to the manager when supplies need to be ordered
• Reliable access to a vehicle you can use for work
• Shifts: Full-Time: Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm
