Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Facility Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care for medically complex children in a fast-paced facility setting. You will supervise staff, educate families, and ensure individualized nursing services.

This role requires an active RN license, BLS, and experience with ventilators, trachs, G-tubes, IVs, and emergency response. A calm, organized leader who communicates well with families will thrive.

Now Hiring: Facility Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview: As a Facility RN, you will serve as the clinical leader, overseeing quality patient care, supervising staff, educating families, and ensuring individualized, compassionate nursing services for medically complex children.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor progress, implement physician orders, supervise LPNs and support staff, coordinate interdisciplinary care, provide family education, respond to emergencies, and participate in team meetings and training.
