Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Facility Registered Nurse (RN) for our Pediatric Day Health Center in Wyncote, PA. This full-time role averages 36+ hours weekly and focuses on quality nursing services while supervising LPNs and support staff.

Located at 8101 Washington Lane, Suite 102, Wyncote, PA 19095, the RN will expand pediatric nursing skills in a supportive, growth-oriented setting with weekday day shifts and ample professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active PA Nursing License.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (orientation possible).
• Experience with home ventilators and tracheostomies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patient status through ongoing observation and assessment.
• Identify patient care priorities to ensure quality nursing care.
• Implement physician orders and communicate changes in patient status.
• Document nursing care rendered.

Position Overview

The Facility Registered Nurse (RN) is a dynamic and fulfilling full-time role, averaging 36+ hours per week, in our vibrant Pediatric Day Health Center located in Wyncote, PA. The Facility RN is responsible for maintaining quality in the planning, assessing, implementation, and evaluation of effective nursing services. The RN will assist in supervising the care delivered by LPNs and ancillary staff members. If you love pediatric nursing, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop specialized skills and gain nursing experience in a fun pediatric setting at our Wyncote, PA facility.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor and document patient’s status through ongoing observation and assessment.

Qualifications For RN

• Active PA Nursing License.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification (can be obtained during orientation).
• Additional compensation may be offered for documented knowledge and experience with home ventilators and tracheostomies.
