Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Facility Registered Nurse (RN) to lead clinical care for medically complex children in a fast-paced facility setting. You will supervise staff, educate families, and ensure individualized nursing services.

This role requires an active RN license, BLS, and experience with ventilators, trachs, G-tubes, IVs, and emergency response. A calm, organized leader who communicates well with families will thrive.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• Negative TB test and clear background check.
• Experience in pediatric complex medical care (ventilators, trachs, G-tubes, IVs).
• Strong leadership, calm, organized and effective communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for medically complex children.
• Monitor progress and implement physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs and support staff.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and family education.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in team meetings and training.
