Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) at Naval Station Everett seeks a Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and use of fitness facilities, pools, and athletic fields. You will coordinate with Public Works and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant services for service members, families, and civilian employees.

Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, staff supervision, and liaison work to support mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation management or related field.
• Minimum three years of specialized experience in recreation programming or facility management will substitute for formal degree.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and personnel management for sports, fitness, and aquatics facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of multiple fitness facilities, pools, and fields.
• Coordinate with contractors and Public Works on projects and maintenance.
• Develop budget estimates and long-term facility plans.
• Supervise staff including recreation specialists and attendants.
• Maintain property control and equipment life cycle plans.
