Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Facility Quality Supervisor to lead a quality team and oversee systems supporting safe, compliant warehouse operations across multiple functions in New York. You will supervise inspections, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, HACCP, and customer standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a science field, 3–5 years in regulated manufacturing quality, and strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMPs, including 21 CFR Part 111.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, CAPA and RCA.
• HACCP and GFSI standards knowledge preferred.
• Project planning and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to read and apply technical documents and regulations.
• Proficient math and statistical skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards for quality inspection and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Oversee QA inspections, sampling, testing, and in-process monitoring.
• Lead audits and investigations to verify adherence to quality systems.
• Train associates on SOPs and testing methods.
• Monitor plant operations for quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Lead CAPA and corrective actions and root cause investigations.
• Maintain documentation and review production deviations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMPs, HACCP and regulatory standards.
