Job summary

Toyota North America’s Plant Engineering Department is seeking a passionate Engineer - Facility Projects to manage construction projects at production plants, including greenfield expansions. You’ll support building design, develop standards, and drive quality, cost, schedule, and safety KPIs for NAM manufacturing facilities.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll act as SME for industrial buildings, prepare mechanical/electrical/civil criteria, coordinate with onsite teams, and ensure

Qualifications

• BS in mechanical, electrical, civil, or chemical engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for building design and construction at NAM plants.
• Develop mechanical, electrical, fire protection, civil/structural criteria for building design.
• Serve as SME for industrial buildings and related systems.
• Manage plant planning, construction, and design to meet quality, cost, schedule, and safety KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with customers to align project needs.
