Key responsibilities include stakeholder communication, project planning, and resolving issues. The position is mostly remote, requiring one on‑site day per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities for facility-focused projects.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers to align timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and progress tracking using established frameworks.
• Identify and address risks, conflicts, and competing interests.

• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
