Job summary

CMI Management LLC, now part of the Dexterra Group, seeks a seasoned Facility Project Manager to oversee operations at the client site in Omaha, NE.

You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, fire protection and BAS systems, manage service requests, projects and staffing while ensuring safety, cost and schedule targets. A PMP or CAPM credential and 10+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years of operations and facility maintenance experience, plus five years in project management/supervisory roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM credential required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, fire protection and BAS systems at the site.
• Manage contract execution: costs, performance and schedule; handle service requests and emergencies.
• Inspect preventive maintenance procedures and train staff on procedures.
• Oversee operations, staffing and performance to meet client guidelines.
• Support capital improvement plans and coordinate day-to-day operations with clients.
• Supervise subcontractors and maintenance contracts to meet expectations.
• Measure productivity and quality; develop improvement programs.
• Coordinate with vendors for cost-effective supplies and equipment.
• Ensure corrective actions comply with contract performance.

Job Description

The Facility Project Manager will manage the overall coordination of services and performance at CMI's customer site in Omaha, NE.

Key Job Functions

• Responsible for the areas of: electrical, mechanical, fire protection & safety, BAS systems, service request desk operations and maintenance
• Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and manage service requests, emergencies, projects, etc.
• Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly
• Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner
• Actively participate in capital improvement plans and projects and assists with the coordination of day-to-day operations and client customers
• Oversee or manage the activities of sub-contractors, maintenance contracts and personnel to ensure that the worked performed meets or exceeds client expectations
• Measure and evaluate productivity and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvement
• Partner with vendors to insure a reliable cost-effective source of supplies, parts, and equipment to meet all deliverables
• Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance

Qualifications

• High School diploma, BA degree preferred
• At least ten (10) years of operations and facility maintenance experience, as well as at least five (5) years of project management/supervisory experience.
• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project
• Management credential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
