Job summary

French’s Food Company, a subsidiary of McCormick & Company, Inc. in Springfield, MO, is seeking a full-time Project Engineer at the 4455 East Mustard Way plant.

You will manage multiple capital projects from evaluation through implementation, coordinating with stakeholder teams to deliver reliable packaging machinery and manufacturing support systems. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and environmental compliance when required, and drive start-up and post-installation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or technical experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• GMP food manufacture and packaging machinery experience.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate employees at all levels.
• Proven track record delivering multiple, simultaneous projects with strong cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple capital projects from evaluation through implementation and start-up.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate selection, design and layout of processing and packaging machinery.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance where applicable and manage project approvals.
