Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years or more of related experience in fabrication.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily updates to Project Manager on project progress.
• Work with shop leaders to ensure materials are available and order as needed.
• Take part in project kick-off meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to shop/yard crew with project execution.
• Create and distribute material transfers and manifests for fabrication stages.
• Monitor status of projects and alert leaders to potential delivery problems.
• Use hands-on management to verify drawing/specification requirements.
• Communicate changes to scope and schedule with department leaders.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward colleagues and clients.
