Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial/cleaning roles is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings at our facilities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies; alert management when reordering is needed.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and report significant issues to maintenance.
• Engage with guests and staff, providing assistance to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
