Job summary
GTI Fabrication in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician to support facility operations, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability. The role involves performing routine PM tasks, inspecting systems, and coordinating with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in facility or industrial maintenance.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing troubleshooting.
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
- Safe operation of tools and machinery per OSHA.
- Ability to document maintenance activities clearly.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facility equipment and grounds.
- Inspect facility systems and equipment for wear, leaks, or safety concerns.
- Identify needs and recommend repairs before failures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with facilities manager and outside vendors.
- Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance and snow removal.
