Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, read electrical and mechanical drawings, and coordinate with vendors while supporting safety and environmental compliance. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic carpentry, plumbing and HVAC skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Experience with maintenance on conveyors and facility systems.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in maintenance, plus journeyman license.
• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain a wide variety of facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work performed.
• Read and apply electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings.
• Coordinate third-party service providers and order parts as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate lift trucks safely.
• Assist in installing new processes and equipment.
