Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience in installation, maintenance or repair of plumbing systems.
• Relevant experience may be substituted for the diploma on a year-for-year basis.
• Must be able to supervise, direct, instruct and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control, supervise, administer and complete facility plumbing maintenance and repair program.
• Responsible for program development, supervision of emergency plumbing maintenance and repair operations, and the installation, operation and maintenance of plumbing and sewage disposal systems.
• Position may require on-call rotation and/or 24-hour emergency repair.
