Job summary
The Colorado Department of Military & Veterans Affairs (DMVA) seeks a Program Coordinator to support the Planning and Programming Branch in Centennial. You will help develop and coordinate facility plans and projects across the organization, ensuring compliance and alignment with goals.
Requirements include six years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience, plus a Colorado driver license and willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in facility planning, construction project management/coordination, real property specialization, military installation planning, master planning or related field.
- OR a combination of related education and/or relevant experience equaling six (6) years.
- College transcripts must be submitted if education is used to qualify.
- Hold a valid State of Colorado Driver License and willingness to travel.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop current and long-term facility plans.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates.
- Coordinate plans with stakeholders to ensure timeline and budget compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors within approved budgets.
- Present project recommendations to leadership for review and approval.
