Job summary

The Colorado Department of Military & Veterans Affairs is seeking a Program Coordinator in the Army Division, Planning and Programming Branch, at Joint Force Headquarters in Centennial. The role supports the full project life cycle for facility planning and related activities.

The position requires six years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience, the ability to travel, and Colorado residency. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in facility planning, construction project management/coordination.
• OR a combination of related education and/or relevant experience totaling six years.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather information to develop long-term facility plans.
• Prepare accurate project costs estimates based on needs and resources.
• Coordinate plans to meet laws, regulations, and department goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify facility needs and funding sources.
• Act as liaison to keep stakeholders informed about project priorities and changes.
• Present project recommendations and supporting information to leadership.
