Rivet Operations Company LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an Operations Planner (Lead) to coordinate data analysis and NexGen IT tasks for the 99th Civil Engineer Squadron at Nellis AFB.

You will lead task planning, track budgets and PM activities, train staff, and act as liaison with AFCEC while ensuring compliance with Air Force guidance.

This is a full-time role requiring a Secret clearance and delivering weekly productivity and quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Power User-level proficiency with NexGen IT systems and SMS data entry standards.
• Understanding CE Operations Flight business practices and PM program management.
• Strong data analysis, collection, and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Power User for NexGen IT systems across Operations Flight sections.
• Provides weekly productivity and quality reporting; briefs project status.
• Trains personnel on SMS data entry standards and NexGen IT tools.
• Reviews work tasks for repair, modification, or new construction feasibility.
• Manages PM Program, fiscal planning, and track Budgets.
• Complies with OPSEC, health, safety rules and Air Force guidance.
