Job summary
Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to help maintain safety and cleanliness across the club. You will alternate shifts with the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, adapting to Life Time's operational needs.
Responsibilities include keeping the facility clean, ensuring safety, conducting repairs, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. Previous maintenance experience and CPR/AED certification are required within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the club for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
- Ensures all facility conditions are safe.
- Conducts general repairs.
- Performs routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment working.
- Participates in safety training and safety inspections.
