Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the club. You will work the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and serve as Manager on Duty when needed, coordinating with teams to meet Life Time's standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of maintenance experience, CPR/AED certification within 30 days, and the ability to lift up to 20+ lbs while moving around the club. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of building and grounds at all times.
• Ensure facility conditions are safe.
• Conduct general repairs and routine maintenance to keep equipment working.
• Participate in safety trainings and inspections.
